How it Works
Each lawsuit has different criteria that attorneys require.
The qualifying criteria may include a specific injury or that the harm was caused during a specific time period.
If you meet the basic pre-screening criteria, you will be contacted by an attorney for a detailed consultation and evaluation.
If you do not qualify – you will receive an email notifying you of such.
Step 1 – Get ready
If you think that you might have a case on one of our currently active lawsuits, you should prepare yourself before contacting us. First, get familiar with the major facts of your situation, like important dates of diagnosis, injuries and treatment, drugs names, medical records, etc. so you can be ready to answer the initial pre-screening questions.
Step 2 – Provide your information
Call us on one of our toll-free numbers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, or complete the questionnaire on our website. When you call – you will be connected to an agent who will collect your information, and if you meet the pre-screening criteria, you will be contacted by a law firm from our Legal Network.
The agent will ask you a few questions regarding your situation, these questions are the same or similar to what is found on our website for each specific case type. You will receive a confirmation email with the initial status of your case. If we determine that you do not meet the criteria for the lawsuit at this early stage, you will receive an email informing you.
Step 3 – Consultation
Once one of our attorney partners has received your information, they will try to contact you within 3-5 business days.
Based on your consultation with the law firm, you will either proceed by signing paperwork to allow this law firm to represent you in the lawsuit, or it may be determined that you do not qualify based upon additional information you provided.
